The apartment is situated in Unirii Square, along the Dimbovita river bank, opposite Unirea Shopping Center ( open daily from 9am to 9pm, except on Sundays when it is open from 9am to 2pm). On the ground floor of the store there is a supermarket, with the same opening hours as the store, and a farmacy open non-stop. There are several official institutions in Unirii Square, as well as in the surroundings: The Palace of Parliament (which can be visited ), banks (The Bank of Italy, The Bank of Greece, The Romanian Bank of Development, The Commercial Bank of Romania), exchange offices, restaurants and bars. The Orthodox Mitropoly is situated in the same area. Regarding the transport system, one of the entrances to the underground station in Unirii Square is situated opposite the apartment.
