This apartment is situated on Eisabeta Boulevard (one of the most important boulevards in Bucharest) beside the City Hall and Cismigiu Gardens. A five-minute walk can take you to Piata Universitatii (Univeresity Square). It is an important academic area as The University of Bucharest and the Institute of Architecture are situated within this area which is the very heart of Bucharest, also called "kilometre O".
Along Elisabeta Boulevard are lined up numerous shopts and exchange offices and in nearby the University, there are several banks (The Trading Bank of Romania, The Bank of Development - Banca Comerciala Romana, Banca Romana de Dezvoltare ), exchange offices open 24 hours a day, hotels (Intercontinental, Capsa, Bulevard, Capitol all of them being exquisite hotels).
