The apartment is situated on the Dimbovita River bank, not far from Piata Unirii (Unirii Square) and from Unirea shopping center (open daily from 9 am to 9 pm, except for Sunday when it is open between 9 am and 2 pm). On the ground floor there is a supermarket with the same opening hours and a pharmacy open 24 hours a day.
Not far from the apartment there are numerous banks (The Bank of Italy, The Bank of Greece, The Romanian Bank of Development, The Romanian Bank of Commerce), exchange offices, official institutions (The Chamber of Commerce), bars, restaurants. It takes a few minutes walk to reach the historical centre of Bucharest with a busy night life.
In the same area is situated the Church of Patriarchate.
